## Description

**Optimal**, on behalf of its client, an **Architectural office**, is seeking to recruit a motivated and creative **Architect Engineer** to be based in **Athens**.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Produce 2D architectural drawings across all project phases.
-   Develop 3D models and visual presentations.
-   Guide and coordinate the design process.
-   Monitor project documentation, budgets, and schedules.

**Qualifications:**

-   Degree (Diploma/Master’s) in Architecture.
-   Fluency in Greek & English.
-   5+ years of experience in design & project management.
-   Previous involvement in large-scale projects is an advantage.
-   Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office.
-   Knowledge of Revit and/or BIM coordination is a plus.
-   Familiarity with Greek Planning Regulations (NOK)
-   Organizational skills and team spirit personality
