## Description

**Optimal**, on behalf of a newly established **boutique hotel** in **Amorgos** is seeking a **Front Office** **Agent** for the 2026 season.

**Scope of role**

With a limited number of suites and a highly personalized guest experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions, ensuring seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
-   Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
-   Provide information about the property, island attractions, and available services.
-   Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
-   Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information through the Property Management System.
-   Willingness to participate in occasional night shifts and support night audit procedures -with training provided by the company- will be considered an asset.

**Requirements**

-   Previous experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry.
-   Good command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset.
-   Familiarity with Property Management Systems.
-   Excellent communication and guest service skills.
-   Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a small, close-knit team.
