## Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a **Learning & Development Designer.**

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of engaging learning experiences for our customers. As a valued member of our learning design team, you will collaborate with customers and other team members (trainers, learning designers) to create high-quality training materials and to help us with the coordination of training events.

**Main Responsibilities**:

-   Assist in the design and development of learning materials, including online and blended courses, multimedia presentations, and other training resources.
-   Utilize e-learning authoring tools to author and produce interactive e-learning content, incorporating multimedia elements, quizzes, and assessments.
-   Collaborate with the team to review and improve existing learning content.
-   Work closely with other team members to create tailored-made content that fits the unique training needs of our customers.
-   Perform administrative tasks to help with the delivery of training requests.
-   Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that learning materials are error-free and meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
-   Keep abreast of advancements in learning design, e-learning technologies, and graphic design trends to continuously enhance the learning experience.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a relevant academic background.
-   Experience in using AI-powered tools for learning design and the creation of interactive e-learning content. (e.g., Canva, Claude, cloud CHA gpt & Notebook LM).
-   Good knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage AI to support the design, development, and personalization of learning content.
-   Excellent command of MS Office
-   Fluent in English
-   Familiarity with graphic design principles and some experience with graphic design tools is preferred.
-   Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.  
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
-   Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and propose fresh ideas for learning solutions.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
-   A collaborative team player passionate about constant learning and improving their skills.
