## Description

**Optimal**, on behalf of a newly established **boutique hotel** in **Amorgos** is seeking a **Waiter/Waitress A** for the 2026 season.

**Scope of role**

The successful candidate will contribute to delivering a high-standard guest experience, providing attentive and professional service while supporting the overall operation of the food & beverage department.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
-   Present and explain the curated menu with confidence, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
-   Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
-   Support bar operations when required, including the preparation and serving of beverages and cocktails.
-   Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
-   Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

**Requirements**

-   Previous experience in restaurant or bar service, ideally within a boutique hotel or upscale dining environment.
-   Warm, genuine communication style with strong guest-service orientation.
-   Good command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
-   Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team.
-   Attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
-   Knowledge of basic bar operations and beverage preparation.
