Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for Quality Check Agent to join a well-respected and successful client at Bristol Airport. **What's on offer:**

-   Rate of pay: £13.00 once successful completion of training there will be £5 increase **per shift**
-   Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

**Start Date:**

**Key Duties:**

-   Ensuring airport teams comply with aviation regulatory standards, safety protocols, and corporate service mandates.
-   Conducting quality checks on aircraft cabin cleaning to guarantee aircraft meet strict airline and hygiene standards before take off.
-   Filing audit reports and escalating any safety or compliance breaches to duty managers.

**Roster examples:**

The airport is operational 365 days a year, 7 days a week so full flexibility is required.

Must be flexible to accommodate the shift pattern.

  
**Rate of Pay:**

£13.00 per hour and once successful completed training, there will be an additional £5 **per shift** increase.

**Requirements:**

-   A Full UK Manual driving licence, with no more than three points endorsed is **preferred** but not essential
-   Experience within a quality checking role
-   Must be able to demonstrate proficiency of both written and spoken English.
-   Must be able to pass and maintain an Airside Pass and airside driving Permit, including competency checks where necessary. This will require a full 5-year work history, the right to work in the UK and a DBS check.
-   A positive pro-active “can do” attitude.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
