At **Optimile & Mobiflow**, **we are looking for a** Product Marketing Manager who knows how to turn complex technology into crystal-clear value for customers and sales teams.

You are the connective tissue between **Product, Sales and Marketing.** You own the story: from positioning and messaging to launches and sales enablement. Your work enables our Growth Marketeer to generate demande and empowers our Sales team to win deals (faster and with confidence).

**What you'll be doing**

🎯 Positioning, Messaging & Market Truth

-   Be the single source of truth for our product positioning and value propositions.
-   Define and continuously refine buyer personas based on product, sales and customer insights.
-   Track competitors and translate insights into battlecards, 'Why we win' stories and objection handling for Sales.

🚀 Go-to-Market, Releases & Product Launches

-   Own the GTM strategy for new features and our bi-weekly releases.
-   Decide to launch narrative and impact level (minor vs major) together with Product Owners.
-   Translate the product roadmap into clear sales enablement and customer-ready messaging.
-   Collect post-launch feedback and drive adoption together with Product and Sales.
-   Adapt messaging for international markets to ensure local relevance and competitive fit.

✍️ Content Strategy & Agency Collaboration

-   Brief our content marketeer and/ or agency with the right substance, hooks and strategic direction.
-   Ensure all content (website, blogs, whitepapers, sales collateral) is technically correct and on-brand.
-   Guard consistency across all touchpoints, from feature pages to sales decks.

🤝 Sales & Customer Success Enablement

-   Build the sales toolkit: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators.
-   Partner with our technical writer to ensure release notes, manuales and documentation land clearly.
-   Train Sales and Support teams on new features, value propositions and objection handling.

🔗 Cross-functional Collaboration

-   Be the voice of the market towards Product Management.
-   Equip the Growth Marketeer with the messaging and hooks needed for ads, campaigns and lifecycle flows.

**Who are you?**

-   You have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS.
-   You excel at storytelling: translating technical features into customer value.
-   You enjoy market research, competitive analysis and finding positioning gaps.
-   You are comfortable managing agencies or freelancers and owning outcomes.
-   You thrive in cross-functional roles and love being the 'glue' between teams.
