## Description

The Associate ERP Solutions Specialist is responsible for implementing ERP applications, configuring system settings, and assisting in business requirement analysis under the guidance of senior professionals. Supports post-implementation processes, creates documentation, builds know-how and troubleshoots basic issues. Develops Knowledge in ERP modules and provides periodic reports to stakeholders.

• Assist in developing and maintaining system integrations between ERP applications and third-party solutions.  
• Support data migration and ETL processes, ensuring data consistency and integrity.  
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.  
• Document integration workflows and best practices for future reference.  
• Participate in system testing and validation for newly developed integrations.  
• Provide different ERP implementation deliverables, including solution documents, user guides, test scripts, and other necessary documentation.  
• Configure and implement application setup at various project stages in alignment with business requirements, under the guidance of senior team members.  
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

## Requirements

\*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field.  
\*Excellent English Skills.  
\*Excellent Communication Skills.  
\*Basic understanding of ERP systems, APIs, and data integration concepts.  
\*Knowledge in ERP is a plus.
