## Description

**Senior Systems Engineer**

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft infrastructure services including **deployment, support, optimization, and migration projects**.
-   Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues across **Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Windows Server** environments.
-   Maintain hands-on involvement in **on-premise server environments**, including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization.
-   Design and execute **migration strategies** (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to hybrid/cloud) with minimal service disruption.

**Microsoft Platform Expertise**

-   Architect, deploy, and support:

-   **Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid)**
-   **Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP**
-   **SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning)**

-   Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**

**Mandatory Experience**

-   **Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience** in Microsoft enterprise technologies.
-   Deep expertise in:

-   **Microsoft Exchange (setup, support, troubleshooting, and migration)**
-   **Active Directory (design, administration, and recovery)**
-   **SQL Server (installation, configuration, support)**

-   Strong **on-premise server experience** — hands-on exposure is mandatory.
-   Proven experience delivering and supporting **enterprise-scale environments**.
