## Description

Optimiza is seeking a highly skilled .NET & PowerApp Development Team Lead to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented group of developers in creating innovative solutions using Microsoft .NET technology and PowerApps. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success and cultivating a high-performing development team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead, mentor, and develop a team of .NET and PowerApps developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
-   Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications and PowerApps solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
-   Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
-   Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.
-   Promote and implement Agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
-   Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
-   Identify areas for improvement in processes and tools, implementing changes that enhance team effectiveness.
-   Stay abreast of the latest developments in .NET, PowerApps, and relevant technologies, incorporating best practices into team projects.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .
-   Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework.
-   Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
-   Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices.
-   Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
-   Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
-   Certifications related to .NET, PowerApps, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
