## Description

_Optimiza_ is seeking an experienced Senior Software Full Stack Developer to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business goals and enhance user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications.
-   Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies like .NET, Java, or Node.js.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
-   Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
-   Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
-   Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
-   Stay current with emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-   5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
-   Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
-   Proficient with back-end development using .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar.
-   Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
-   Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
-   Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
-   Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
-   Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
