## Description

We are seeking an experienced **HR Specialist who specialized in Talent Development Function** with 3 to 5 years of focused experience in performance management, Training and HR analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in the IT/software industry and hands-on expertise with **MenaITech / MenaME systems**.

This role focuses heavily on Talent Development, Performance Systems, and HR Reporting .

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Performance & Goal Management:**

-   Support the design, implementation, and execution of company-wide performance management systems and appraisal cycles.
-   Facilitate objective-setting processes using **MBOs (Management by Objectives)** and **KPIs**.
-   Track and evaluate performance metrics to align individual growth with organizational strategy.

-   **Talent Development & Training:**

-   Design, launch, and manage creative learning and employee development initiatives.
-   Establish structured career progression pathways and growth plans across departments.
-   Conduct training needs assessments and track learning outcomes.

-   **HR Reporting & Systems Administration:**

-   Manage day-to-day operations and module workflows within the **MenaITech / MenaME** system.
-   Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key talent metrics and organizational trends.
-   Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data, present insights, and drive data-backed decision-making.

## Requirements

### **Requirements & Qualifications**

-   **Experience:** **3 to 5 years** of total HR experience _(Maximum 5 years)_.
-   **Industry Background:** Prior experience in an **IT/Software Development** company is preferred.
-   **Core Systems:** Hands-on experience with **MenaITech / MenaME** system is required.
-   **Technical Skills:** Advanced Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and strong HR data analysis skills.
-   **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
-   **Competencies:** Strong attention to detail, creativity in learning design, and the ability to multitask across multiple Talent Development projects simultaneously.
