Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to offering a wide selection of RVs, an excellent service department, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Service department. The primary duties will include:

-   Overseeing all service operations, including scheduling, repair, and maintenance of RVs.
-   Managing a team of service technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
-   Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
-   Maintaining accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications.
-   Collaborating with the sales and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-   Monitoring service department performance metrics and generating reports for senior management.
-   Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
-   All other responsibilities as assigned.

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar managerial role within the automotive or RV industry.
-   Strong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-   Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-   Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems.
-   High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plus.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-   RVIA/RVDA certifications - preferred
