**Responsibilities:**

**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Painter with expertise in BASF & Sikkens brand paints and fiberglass repair. Join our team to bring top-quality finishes and craftsmanship to our RV restoration and repair projects.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare RV surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
-   Apply BASF Sikkens brand paints with precision to achieve high-quality finishes.
-   Perform fiberglass repair and preparation work to restore structural integrity and aesthetics.
-   Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results.
-   Operate and maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns and compressors.
-   Inspect completed paint jobs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
-   Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
-   Install bolt on exterior body components related to collision repair. 
-   Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and environmental standards.

## Requirements

-   **Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience as an RV Painter or automotive painter specializing in BASF & Sikkens paints.
-   Strong expertise in fiberglass repair and preparation techniques.
-   Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and application processes.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch work.
-   Familiarity with spray booths, safety equipment, and painting tools.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

-   **Preferred Skills:**

-   Certification or training in automotive/RV painting techniques.
-   Knowledge of industry standards and environmental regulations.
-   Experience in custom paint jobs or designs is a plus.
