**Requirements:**

-   Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector and data-related projects.
-   Proven experience in Data Governance, data management, and data quality initiatives.
-   Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data integration, data flows, and data management processes.
-   Experience managing large-scale IT projects, including project planning, status tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
-   Knowledge of banking finance and risk management processes, preferably with experience in data-driven projects in these areas.
-   Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes in the banking sector; hands-on experience is an advantage.
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align technical and business stakeholders.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Previous experience as a Project Manager in banking projects involving Data Warehouse, Data Governance, finance, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
-   Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving both technical teams and business units.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and coordinate large-scale IT projects related to data governance, data quality, data management, and regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
-   Coordinate data inventory management, data standardization, and data quality initiatives across multiple projects and business units.
-   Oversee project activities related to financial and critical data management, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
-   Coordinate Data Warehouse projects, including data integration, data flows, and data management processes.
-   Collaborate with business units, IT teams, data teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
-   Manage project planning, progress tracking, status reporting, risk management, dependency management, and action follow-up.
-   Support the coordination and integration of data processes related to regulatory reporting, finance, and risk management.
-   Identify project risks, resolve issues, and drive timely, solution-oriented actions to ensure successful project delivery.
-   Ensure project activities align with established data governance frameworks, data standards, and business requirements.
