**Role Summary:**

This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI/ML solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
-   Minimum 6 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or related roles
-   Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale
-   Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
-   Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management (deployment, monitoring, scalability, reliability)
-   Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI, or similar deployment technologies
-   Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services (GCP, AWS, Azure, Vertex AI, SageMaker or similar)
-   Strong understanding of software engineering principles, scalable architectures, and clean code practices
-   Experience with data engineering and feature engineering processes (data pipelines, large-scale datasets)
-   Ability to solve complex business problems using AI/ML techniques (problem framing, analytical thinking, data-driven decision making)
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
-   Advanced level of English (technical communication and documentation)

**Strong Experience (High Impact)**

-   Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
-   Experience delivering AI/Data Science solutions across multiple industries (Finance, Retail, Telecom, Ecommerce)
-   Experience working in customer-facing or consultative environments
