We are looking for an experienced **Senior Machine Learning Engineer** to join exciting, large-scale AI and Machine Learning projects at **Türkiye's leading airline**, contributing to innovative, data-driven solutions that shape the future of aviation.✈️

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning models for real-world business challenges.
-   Work on Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Systems, and Revenue/Demand Forecasting projects.
-   Process and analyze large-scale datasets using Apache Spark / PySpark.
-   Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
-   Develop production-ready ML code and support model monitoring and automated retraining processes.
-   Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to integrate ML models into existing environments.

**Required Qualifications:**

-   Strong proficiency in Python and Traditional Machine Learning techniques.
-   Hands-on experience with **Apache Spark / PySpark**.
-   Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
-   Solid knowledge of Classification, Regression, Clustering, and predictive modeling.
-   Practical experience in Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Systems, or Forecasting.
-   Experience developing and preparing ML models for production environments.
-   Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience with Spark MLlib.
-   Familiarity with OpenShift or container-based environments.

Knowledge of S3, Apache Iceberg, or Feature Store architectures.
