We are currently hiring for a Site Reliability Engineer position for one of our clients operating in the aviation industry.✈️

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field**
-   **3-5 years of professional experience** in **application operations, DevOps, or system operations roles**
-   Hands-on experience in **application deployment and release management (deployment, post-deployment validation, release processes)**
-   Hands-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (CI/CD, Ansible, automation workflows)**
-   Familiarity with **container platforms and orchestration systems (Kubernetes, OpenShift)**
-   Strong experience working with **Linux-based systems (Linux system administration, troubleshooting)**
-   Familiarity with **application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere)**
-   Strong experience in **monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, APM tools)**
-   Must have experience in **log management and analysis (Graylog, ELK Stack, log analysis, root cause analysis)**
-   Experience in **incident management and L2 support (incident handling, troubleshooting, escalation to L3 teams)**
-   Ability to perform **root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent solutions to system issues**
-   Experience in **operational leadership and coordination in projects (operations phase leadership, cross-team coordination)**
-   Ability to create **operational reports (system performance, RCA reports etc)**
-   Ability to work in **24/7 monitoring environments and manage critical incidents under pressure**
-   Experience working in **hybrid work environments**
