**Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in **Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS)**, or a related field.
-   Minimum **8 years of experience** in managing software development projects.
-   PMP (**Project Management Professional**) or **PRINCE2** certification.
-   Hands-on experience in **Revenue Management, Pricing**, and **Data Modeling** projects.
-   Strong knowledge of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)** and project management methodologies, including **Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, and Waterfall**.
-   Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence**, and **Microsoft Office** (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
-   Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
-   Define project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Select and apply the most appropriate project management methodology based on project requirements.
-   Manage communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive management, providing regular project status reports and presentations.
-   Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
-   Support **PMO / Customer Solutions** processes and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
