**Role Description**

This role is responsible for leading enterprise analytics and BI delivery governance processes, coordinating cross-functional POD teams, improving agile delivery maturity, and ensuring successful execution of Data Visualization and analytics initiatives across the organization.

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field
-   Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery Management, PMO, Governance, Analytics, BI, Data, or Digital Transformation programs (15+ years preferred)
-   Proven experience managing enterprise-scale analytics, BI, data, or digital transformation projects
-   Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery models
-   Experience leading agile delivery governance, POD coordination, and cross-functional execution management
-   Proven experience managing project governance processes including RAID management, dependency tracking, issue management, action tracking, and executive status reporting
-   Experience preparing and presenting SteerCo, management reporting, portfolio governance, and executive-level project status updates
-   Strong experience coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, POD PO/TDL roles, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams
-   Experience coordinating cutover, go-live, hypercare, release readiness, and production transition activities
-   Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, communication gaps, ownership gaps, and escalation processes
-   Experience improving agile delivery maturity, delivery cadence, sprint governance, backlog management, and execution discipline
-   Ability to coach agile teams on delivery governance, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, prioritization, and execution practices
-   Experience working in enterprise analytics, BI delivery, Power BI, reporting, or data platform environments is strongly preferred
-   Strong stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic enterprise environments
-   Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Office Timeline, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar project governance tools
-   Advanced level of English communication (written and verbal)

**Strong Experience**

-   Experience working on enterprise analytics governance, BI transformation, data warehouse modernization, or reporting transformation programs
-   Experience supporting Agile POD/Squad operating model improvements and delivery governance transformations
-   Experience working closely with Data Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Analytics teams

**Nice to Have**

-   Familiarity with Power BI, enterprise reporting platforms, conversational BI, or analytics adoption programs
-   Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent
