## Description

**About the Role:** 

Orfium is seeking a talented and passionate **Product Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for a specific product or feature set, driving its development from conception through to launch and beyond. You will have a direct impact on our products and will be instrumental in delivering value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management methodologies and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Responsibilities** 

-   Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
-   Conduct in-depth market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
-   Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
-   Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
-   Provide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
-   Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. 
-   Track and report on key product metrics and OKRs.
-   Analyze product performance and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve upon the product.
-   Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product team.

## Requirements

-   2-5 years of experience in a product management role.

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
-   Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
-   Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
-   Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
-   Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
-   Proficiency in English.

**Nice to Have** 

-   Experience working in the music technology or rights management industry.
-   Experience with B2B SaaS products.
-   Experience in/understanding of ML/AI tools is a strong plus.
-   Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
-   An MBA or other advanced degree.
