To support the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process, assisting in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent while ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience through stakeholder collaboration, pre-employment processes, onboarding coordination, and employee record management.

**Responsibilities**

-   Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
-   Coordinate the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions, collecting pre-employment documents, facilitating background checks, and ensuring a smooth new hire experience.
-   Collaborate with hiring managers and relevant departments to support recruitment activities and seamless employee onboarding.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee databases, and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
-   Assist with employer branding initiatives by creating and editing recruitment presentations, supporting talent attraction campaigns, and promoting the company as an employer of choice.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
-   1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
-   Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
-   Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to HR systems and the IT industry will be an added advantage.
