## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
-   5–7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or related functions.
-   Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy when working with numbers.
-   Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-   Ability to interpret data and provide practical business recommendations.
