## Description

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our software transition process. This role involves downloading files and information from an existing platform and accurately uploading and organizing them into a new system. This is a repetitive, process-driven position that requires consistency, focus, and comfort performing similar tasks throughout the day.

Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with basic technical skills and strong attention to detail.

### Responsibilities

-   Download files and records from the current software platform
-   Upload and organize files into the new software system
-   Ensure information is transferred accurately and completely
-   Follow established processes and training guidelines
-   Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
-   Identify and report any inconsistencies or upload issues
-   Maintain productivity and meet project timelines

## Requirements

-   English proficiency: B2 level or above
-   Basic computer and technical skills
-   Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods
-   Organized and dependable work style
-   Previous administrative, data entry, or system-related experience is a plus but not required.
