## Description

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an E-Commerce Branding & Image Specialist, who will play a pivotal part in shaping the online presence of products across Amazon and our proprietary e-commerce platform. Your expertise will directly impact product visibility, brand consistency, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Product Imagery — Research each product before creating any visuals (features, use cases, competitors), then produce Amazon-compliant main listing images and lifestyle shots that accurately represent the item and appeal to buyers
-   Content & Secondary Images — Design the full set of secondary images including infographics, feature callouts, lifestyle shots, and comparison charts; build A+ Content modules (branded layouts combining imagery and text) to improve conversion and reinforce brand identity
-   Site Design — Handle miscellaneous design needs for wallplate.store such as banners, promotional graphics, and other visual assets as requested by the team
-   Listing Review — Review new listings before they go live to confirm images are correct and compliant, copy is accurate, and the overall presentation meets our quality standards
-   Product Ideas — Occasionally suggest new items, pack sizes, or product variations worth listing based on market research and observations
-   Customer Service Backup — Cover phones and customer inquiries when the primary customer service rep is unavailable

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Proven experience creating Amazon product listing images, including main images, secondary images, and A+ Content
-   Portfolio of past e-commerce product image work
-   Familiarity with Amazon image compliance rules and e-commerce listing best practices
-   Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
-   Legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
-   Experience designing lifestyle and infographic images for e-commerce
-   Strong eye for brand consistency and visual quality
-   Ability to independently research products and translate insights into effective visual strategies
-   Familiarity with additional design tools or e-commerce platforms
