## Description

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Assignment Completion Specialist** to ensure the timely and accurate completion of scheduled visits for all clinical staff. This includes Case Coordinators, Field Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Therapists, Social Workers, and Home Health Aides.

The Assignment Completion Specialist is responsible for monitoring scheduled visits, following up on outstanding assignments, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring that all required visit documentation is submitted and completed in accordance with company policies and established deadlines.

**Responsibilities**

-   Process assigned visits and complete them through assignment completion piece of scheduling
-   Update visits in scheduling, change visit codes as needed.
-   Does time correction for completed visits.
-   Process staffing changes as requested by patients and families or by the Patient Care Manager
-   Answers telephone lines promptly and efficiently; responds to messages promptly
-   On a weekly communicates with vendor agencies regarding errors on invoices or HHS duty sheets
-   Performs all other office/clerical duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   C1 English and Spanish proficiency.
-   Experience in an office setting as a scheduler preferred
-   Experience in data entry preferred
-   Able to use IBM-compatible systems and equipment, knowledge of MS Word and Excel
-   Self-directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills
-   Detail-oriented
