## Description

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an organized and detail-oriented **ABA Data Entry and Reviewer** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to meet insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

### Responsibilities

-   Reviewing behavioral and clinical data from ABA sessions in data management systems for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
-   Collaborating with therapists and clinical staff to ensure records are properly documented and complete
-   Identifying and resolving inconsistencies or issues that may impact insurance claim approvals
-   Ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.

## Requirements

-   Required Qualifications: detail-oriented, smart, tech-savvy, good communicator and team player, 
-   Previous experience in reviewing clinical data and managing people who need to retrain. 
-   English & Spanish proficiency at C1 Advanced level or higher (verbal and written)
