## Description

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in back-office and customer support services for US-based companies. is seeking a **NYS Real Estate Property Title Insurance Team Member,** you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of property title documentation for our clients. You will work closely with a collaborative team to streamline processes and resolve title-related issues efficiently.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documents
-   Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership
-   Review surveys and perform survey readings
-   Prepare and review closing packages
-   Ensure compliance with New York State title insurance regulations and guidelines
-   Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title process
-   Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
-   Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   2+ years of professional experience in title insurance or title search work
-   Hands-on experience conducting real estate title searches and preparing title abstracts
-   Knowledge of New York State title insurance laws and regulations
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Asana
-   Experience using title insurance software
-   Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher, verbal and written)

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience with TrackerPro title insurance software
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively
