## Description

**Outsourcing Advantage** is seeking an organized and detail-oriented **ABA Data Entry and Reviewer** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to meet insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.  
  
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of behavioral data from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions. You will work closely with therapists and clinical staff to maintain precise records, support insurance claim processes, and help track therapy progress through effective data visualization.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Reviewing behavioral data from ABA sessions in data management systems for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
-   Collaborating with therapists and clinical staff to ensure records are properly documented and complete
-   Identifying and resolving inconsistencies or issues that may impact insurance claim approvals
-   Developing and interpreting graphical data (e.g., line graphs, bar charts) to track therapy progress
-   Ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
-   English & Spanish proficiency at C1 Advanced level or higher (verbal and written)
-   Legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
-   Experience with CentralReach or similar CRM/data management systems
-   Ability to create or update ABA graphs and interpret trends for clinical or data issues
-   Familiarity with ABA principles and ABA data collection methods
-   Prior experience with healthcare insurance or claims documentation
-   Experience working with HIPAA-regulated or similarly confidential healthcare data
