## Description

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Reception & Customer Support Assistant who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact the quality of service we deliver.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate staff, and take clear messages, ensuring timely follow-up.
-   Email customers proof of delivery (POD) and confirm receipt.
-   Verify delivery documents are accurate and properly attached.
-   Prepare and update spreadsheets for scheduled deliveries.
-   Enter and maintain accurate records, including dates, customer details, and delivery status.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Basic proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for data entry and updates
-   Experience handling customer communications via phone and email
-   Ability to accurately enter and maintain records such as dates, customer details, and delivery status
-   Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a C1 level
-   Authorization to work in the Dominican Republic
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to follow instructions and work independently
