- Monitor ratings and reviews across retail partners (e.g., Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews/Ulta exports) and share insights with Account Managers and Marketing.
- Manage recurring Wholesale vendor and tool charges and reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational and executional issues, leading cross-functional solutions to minimize disruption; document SOPs and leverage AI tools to build scalable, efficient workflows.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and retail partners, serving as a reliable and solutions-oriented point of contact from day one.
- Complete a structured knowledge transfer before the leave begins, and keep trackers, SOPs, and open-item logs current so responsibilities transition back seamlessly at the end of the engagement.
