## Description

OneTouch Direct is a leading provider of contact center solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Recruiter** for our Brandon, FL location to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support the growth of our team.

-   Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Brandon, FL office.
-   Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the Brandon, FL talent market by utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
-   Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting expertise and guidance.
