## Description

We are looking for IT talent with a B2 English level! A leading company in the BPO sector is seeking an **IT Helpdesk Support Analyst** oriented toward providing technical support and solutions to users in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

🔎 **Job Conditions**

-   📍 **Location / Modality:** 100% On-site – Bogotá (Conecta 80).
-   📄 **Contract Type:** Permanent / Indefinite term contract.
-   💰 **Salary:** $2,850,000 COP base salary + up to $200,000 COP in performance-based commissions.
-   🎓 **Training:** 2 fully paid days.

🕒 **Schedule / Shifts:**

-   Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday.
-   Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max).
-   2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed).

🚀 **Main Functions**

-   Provide tier-1 IT technical support.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software incidents.
-   Manage ticketing queues, log details, and ensure proper follow-up on cases.
-   Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance completely in English.

## Requirements

🎯 **Key Requirements (Please read carefully before applying)**

-   **English Level:** B2 (Upper-Intermediate / Conversational fluency is mandatory).
-   **Education:** Technical degree, Technologist degree, or current university student in IT, Systems, or Computer Science fields.
