## Description

-   Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service to ensure a positive guest experience.
-   Take accurate customer orders and process them through the POS system, including handling payments.
-   Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders.
-   Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
-   Promote current and upcoming promotions to enhance customer engagement.
-   Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
-   Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing.
-   Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties.
-   Assist with basic baking duties where required.
-   Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
-   Perform any other duties as assigned.
