**Salary:** $1,200 - $1,500 USD/month

An innovative, mission-driven company specializing in teaching resources and multimedia services for church leaders worldwide is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join its team.

The **Video Editor** will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and effectively communicate its message. Projects may include promotional content, short-form social media videos, educational materials, interviews, and inspirational or community-focused content.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Edit and produce compelling video content for digital and social media platforms.
-   Demonstrate proficiency in editing short-form video content (approximately 30 seconds in length) designed for social media platforms.
-   Organize and assemble raw footage into finished products that meet project objectives and timelines.
-   Incorporate music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects as needed.
-   Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and overall video optimization.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and creative direction.
-   Ensure all videos maintain a consistent style and adhere to brand guidelines.
-   Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-   Maintain organized project files and video assets.
-   Stay current with industry trends and best practices in video editing and content creation.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable video editing software.
-   Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools is a plus.
-   Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
-   Ability to receive feedback and implement revisions effectively.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
