## Description

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Cost Construction Estimator with 5 to 10 years of hands-on construction management experience across schools, hospitals, and federal/public sector projects. In this hybrid role (2-3 days week in Anaheim, CA), you will be critical to project success—producing accurate cost estimates from pre-construction through completion. The successful candidate is self-motivated, nimble, responsive, and inclined to work without direct supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Estimating & Cost Analysis: Develop comprehensive conceptual, schematic, and final estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budget models for public building projects nationwide.
-   Value Engineering & Risk Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks early in the design and planning phases.

## Requirements

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field (_Required_).
-   Experience: 5–10 years of professional construction estimating experience for a cost consulting firm, construction management firm, or general contractor (_Required_).
-   Sector Expertise: Proven track record working on schools (K-12/higher ed), healthcare facilities, federal government and public sector buildings (_Preferred_).
-   Certifications (_Preferred_):

-   Certified Professional Estimator (CPE)
-   Certified Cost Professional (CCP)

-   Software Proficiency: Strong expertise with industry-standard estimation software (including Bluebeam Revu or similar tools).
-   Location & Work Arrangement: Must be able to report to our Anaheim, CA office and local job sites 2–3 days per week.
