**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a **Marketing & Business Development Specialist** to join our Marketing **Team in Italy.**

The role supports P3’s commercial objectives through the planning and execution of marketing activities that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and leasing performance. The position is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives across digital, communications, events, and asset marketing, while providing support for business development, prospecting, and commercial operations.

**SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU**

**Asset Marketing**

-   Develop and maintain marketing materials for logistics parks, available space, BTS opportunities, and development projects.
-   Coordinate asset-specific campaigns to support leasing objectives, occupancy targets, and customer acquisition efforts.
-   Prepare presentations, leasing collateral, property fact sheets, digital listings, and promotional materials for prospective customers and partners.
-   Collaborate with leasing, asset management, and development teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect project positioning and commercial objectives.

**PR & Communications**

-   Support the development and execution of corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
-   Coordinate press releases, media relations, industry publications, newsletters, and internal communications activities.
-   Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all customer, partner, and stakeholder touchpoints.
-   Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers to deliver effective communication campaigns and marketing initiatives.

**Digital & Content Marketing**

-   ·Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online channels.
-   Create and manage marketing content including presentations, brochures, videos, case studies, customer success stories, and promotional materials.
-   Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, digital engagement metrics, and marketing KPIs to optimize effectiveness.
-   Support lead generation activities through targeted digital campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

**Event Management**

-   Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, conferences, networking events, customer events, and industry engagement activities.
-   Manage event logistics, promotional activities, sponsorship opportunities, and post-event follow-up initiatives.
-   Support customer engagement programs designed to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
-   Coordinate participation in industry associations, trade shows, and market-facing events to enhance market presence and generate business opportunities.

**Operations & Reporting**

-   Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, leasing, asset management, and development teams to support commercial performance and operational efficiency.
-   Support lead tracking, CRM/database management, prospecting activities, and customer engagement initiatives generated through marketing campaigns and events.
-   Track marketing campaign performance, lead generation metrics, customer engagement activities, occupancy indicators, and commercial KPIs.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE**

-   5–7 years of relevant marketing experience. Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally covering multiple marketing activities or channels.
-   Strong ownership mindset and hands on mentality. Ability to take ownership of marketing tasks, coordinate projects, and manage external vendors.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   High attention to detail and process accuracy.
-   Understanding of business and commercial goals. Must have commercial understanding and be able to help with leasing and asset management activities. Experience with commercial oriented role in the past is a plus.
