**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are seeking an experienced **Legal Counsel** to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

**  
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU**

-   Drafting, negotiation and support in the closing of:

1.  Lease Agreements
2.  Sale and Purchase Agreements / Leasehold Agreements
3.  GC Agreements
4.  Construction, Planning and other Work Contracts
5.  Property Management Agreements and other Service Agreements
6.  Urban Development Agreements
7.  Real Estate Broker Agreements
8.  Exclusivity Agreements / Letters of Intent (LOI’s)
9.  Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) etc.

-   Ongoing revision and maintenance of agreement templates
-   Ongoing revision and maintenance of the legal VDR’s for the portfolio objects
-   Contact person / internal consultant for answering or assessing the risk of legal issues of any kind
-   Legal support, monitoring and control of transaction for properties (legal due diligence) by external legal advisors
-   Legal support in the preparation of development plans
-   Internal training of employees on legal issues and interfaces between departments
-   Selection / tendering, mandating and monitoring of external legal advisors

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE**

-   University degree in Legal area, Bar Association admission
-   Transaction management experience in commercial Real Estate area (ideally 4-6 years)
-   Ability to draft legal documents in both languages (German and English)
-   Experience with stakeholder management (internal / external stakeholders)
-   Professional approach, very good communication skills
-   Negotiation skills
-   Attention to detail
-   Language skills: German (native or billingual) & English (professional working knowledge)
