**SUMMARY**

As a **Flight Prep Customer Service Agent** for Pacific Aviation, you will support the supervisor by assisting with flight preparation, shift coordination, and operational readiness. This role is responsible for creating rosters and shift assignments, preparing detailed inbound and outbound flight breakdowns, coordinating special assistance passenger information, and helping ensure smooth and compliant operations.

## Requirements

**Schedule**
