At Pacific Aviation, we believe that the root of our success is the teamwork, devotion, quality, and engagement, of our team. The HRBP position will be based near the San Francisco International Airport, in Burlingame, CA, and with occasional travel to San Jose, CA, and Seattle WA. You will successfully lead the strategy and execution of all our HR efforts for half a dozen teams and roughly 360 employees.

**High-Level Overview of Our HRBP Job Responsibilities:**

With a passion, amplifying our culture by supporting our people through ownership of our full-cycle Human Resources functions including team member relations, training and development, benefits, workers compensation, leave coordination, talent acquisition, adhering to company policies and practices, resolving payroll issues, onboarding and offboarding team members.

## Requirements

**Do You Have the Experience We Need?** 

·        **Amazing People Skills:** Successful experience with creating and maintaining partnership and professional relationships

·        **World-Class HR Organization -** continue to build a friendly team member-centric HR organization  

·        **HRBP/HR Manager:** Five-plus years required (including HR generalist experience)

·        **Onboarding and Recruiting Experience:** Three-plus years required 

·        **Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits)**: Understand compensation, benefits, and recognition

·        **Employment Law Knowledge:** Remaining current with National and State/Local Laws.

·        **Employee Relations Experience:** Five-plus years with hands-on employee relations experience

·        **PHR/SPHR / SHRM CP/SCP**: A big plus – but not required

·        **Travel Requirement:** Up to 20 %
