We’ve won multiple awards from Apple and Google, recognising us for our innovative approach to romantic relationship health.  ### **About the role** Paired is launching relationship therapy, and we’re looking for licensed therapists who love working with couples and individuals to join our founding clinical team. You’ll provide therapy to clients by video sessions linked through Paired’s app. Clients come from our community of motivated couples and individuals who already use Paired to invest in their relationships. You’ll work in our couples-first EHR, built around relational work. Partners are linked as a clinical unit for video sessions, treatment plans, messaging and documentation, so you’re not working around a system designed only for individual clients. You’ll set your own schedule like in private practice, while we handle the admin: insurance credentialing, billing and claims. You don’t need to be credentialed before joining our team.  ### **What you’ll do** - Provide telehealth therapy to couples and individuals, focused on relationship health - Assess, diagnose and create treatment plans based on your clinical judgment - Keep timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR - Follow our safety and escalation protocols, including for risk and intimate partner violence concerns - Optionally, help shape Paired’s clinical approach and give feedback on the client experience ## Requirements - An active, independent license (LMFT, LPC/LMHC, LCSW or psychologist) **in Florida** - At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, including couples therapy - Training in an evidence-based couples approach (e.g. Gottman, EFT) is a plus - An NPI number and a current CAQH profile - Your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance - A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet - Based in the U.S. ## Benefits - **Guaranteed income for your first 3 months**: we guarantee 5 paid sessions per week (at least $350 a week) when you offer 5 hours of weekly availability, even if they’re not all booked. - **$70 per 50-minute session, $80 at peak times:** peak is sessions starting between 5 and 7pm on weekdays, in the client’s time zone. - **After 3 months:** you’re paid for every session you deliver at the same rates, and no-shows and late cancellations are still paid. - **Paid for no-shows and late cancellations** - **Free CEU credits and clinical consultation:** ongoing professional development and case support from our clinical team - **Motivated clients, no marketing needed:** couples and individuals from Paired’s community, already invested in their relationships and matched to your specialties - **An EHR built for couples work:** partners linked as a clinical unit, with shared and individual treatment plans, secure messaging and streamlined documentation - **No billing or admin work:** our team handles insurance credentialing, verification, billing and claims - **Flexible scheduling**: after your first 3 months, set your own availability. We ask founding therapists to offer at least 5 hours a week where possible, and you can open up more hours anytime.
