We are currently seeking a highly organized and creative **Creative Virtual Assistant (VA)** to support video editing, social media management, and client support tasks. This position is remote and open to candidates located in the US. If you are a tech-savvy multitasker with a flair for creativity and excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and client deliverables
-   Design graphics and edit photos for marketing campaigns and social posts
-   Create and schedule social media content across platforms
-   Handle B2B and B2C client follow-up communications
-   Manage email and written correspondence with clients and partners
-   Follow internal SOPs and suggest improvements when gaps are identified
-   Proactively identify issues and resolve them before escalating

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Proven experience in **video editing** (social media style)
-   Proficiency in **graphic design** and photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
-   Strong **written English** communication skills
-   Experience managing or posting on **social media platforms**
-   Ability to work **independently** with minimal supervision
-   Strong **critical thinking** and troubleshooting skills
-   Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

### Nice to Have

-   Experience working with marketing agencies or contractors/construction industry
-   Familiarity with CRM tools or client communication platforms
