About the Role

Our client is a **US-based company with an office in Surabaya**, and they are looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** to lead and scale their marketing initiatives targeting the US market. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership end-to-end—from strategy and campaign planning to execution and team leadership.  

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
-   Lead growth and brand exposure initiatives, primarily through social media and digital marketing
-   Develop ideas and campaigns focused on increasing exposure, engagement, and audience growth
-   Build, manage, and oversee the marketing team and workflows
-   Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
-   Collaborate closely with the US team and report directly to Kevin
-   Contribute strong copywriting, positioning, and messaging ideas aligned with the target audience
-   Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure smooth campaign execution
