We are currently partnering with a respected US-based law firm to find a detail-oriented and efficient Legal Operations Associate to join their team remotely.

The Legal Operations Associate will support the firm's operational functions, ensuring smooth workflow and effective management of legal processes. This role involves administrative support, coordination of legal projects, and collaboration with attorneys and staff to enhance overall firm efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Analyze current firm workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
-   Develop and implement systems that streamline legal and administrative operations
-   Manage and optimize legal technology platforms, case management software, and internal tools
-   Create workflow automations to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity
-   Train attorneys and staff on legal software, technology tools, and best practices
-   Monitor operational performance metrics and generate reports for leadership
-   Coordinate technology implementation and operational improvement projects
-   Document workflows, procedures, and internal operating standards

## Requirements

-   Prior experience working in a law firm (required)
-   Strong interest in legal technology, workflow automation, and operational efficiency
