### About the Role

Our client is looking for a fast, highly organized Graphic Designer to support our growing creative needs across paid social, organic content, packaging, email, and web.

We are a fast-moving, self-driven team, and we are looking for someone who can execute clearly defined briefs while also bringing a strong creative eye and producing great work with minimal direction.

### What You’ll Work On

-   Static ads for Meta
-   Social media thumbnails and graphics
-   Product packaging
-   Website and landing page assets
-   Select email design
-   Other brand and marketing assets as needed

## Requirements

-   You'll be working in a 100% English speaking environment so excellent written and spoken English is a must.
-   Strong visual design skills and creative judgment
-   Experience designing for consumer brands, preferably e-commerce or DTC
-   Ability to take a written brief and turn it into polished creative
-   Comfortable working with minimal guidance when needed
-   Strong understanding of hierarchy, typography, composition, and brand consistency
-   Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
-   Highly organized and comfortable managing a high volume of creative assets
-   Able to integrate into an established file organization and naming system
-   Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
