# AI Creative Strategist Producer (Video/Statics) for European DTC Agency (Remote)

> Paired · Brazil (Remote) · Full-time · Posted 2026-06-09

**Salary:** USD 36,000–48,000

**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** Abigail Lima

## Description

**Paired** is a **global staffing and recruiting agency** that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!

We are **dedicated** to **connecting talented individuals** with **remarkable companies** in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job **opportunities for professionals around the world**.

**Our client**

A Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across **180+ ecommerce clients.**
They’re entering a new era of creative production — AI-generated video ads, AI characters, claymation, CGI product demos, AI UGC, AI VSLs, miniature worlds, isometric product shots, cinematic AI spots, and more. The landscape moves weekly. New tools, new styles, new formats that scale.
They need someone who’s **already in this world**.
Not someone who wants to learn. Someone who has generated AI video ads that actually scaled — real spend behind them on Meta, real results. You’ll also need to learn YouTube (16:9 format) as we expand there.

You’ll own the entire top-of-funnel creative strategy for our ecommerce clients. You write the briefs, generate the videos, produce the static ads, and iterate based on performance data. You’re not a video editor who follows instructions — you’re a creative strategist who uses AI as your production engine.

**What you’ll own**

- You’ll own the strategic thinking behind performance creative across our e-commerce brands.
- You’ll be working across products in visually-driven consumer categories, where strong hooks, clear offer communication, and customer-level insight matter directly to revenue performance

**
This is a hands-on role; you'll create briefings and the content that comes with it!

AI video ad production (the full scope)**

You’ll produce every type of AI-generated ad that’s working right now in ecommerce:

- **AI UGC / Talking Heads:** Realistic AI avatars delivering testimonials, product reviews, unboxing-style content. Tools: Higgsfield, Creatify, Arcads, HeyGen
- **Claymation & Stop-Motion Style:** Stylized product demos with that handmade, tactile feel that stops the scroll
- **CGI Product Demos:** Cinematic product visualization — exploded views, 3D product in environment, macro close-ups. Tools: Runway, Kling, Seedance
- **AI VSLs (Video Sales Letters):** Scripted, structured persuasion videos with AI narration and dynamic visuals
- **AI Characters / Influencers:** Custom AI personas that become the face of a brand’s ad account
- **Miniature Worlds / Isometric**: Product placed in stylized miniature environments — trending hard right now
- **Cinematic Spots:** Short-form cinematic ads generated with AI — product hero shots, lifestyle scenes, emotional storytelling
- **Before/After Transformations:** AI-generated transformation sequences for health, beauty, fitness products
- **Meme-Style / Native Feel:** Ads that look organic, not produced — designed to blend into feeds
- **Split-Screen Comparisons**: Side-by-side product comparisons, us vs. them, with AI-generated visuals
- **Text-Overlay / Kinetic Typography**: Bold text-driven ads with AI-generated backgrounds and product shots

You stay on top of what’s new. When a new format starts winning, you’re already testing it.

**Platforms: Meta (primary) + YouTube (learning)**

- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): This is where you live. 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 formats. You
- know what works in Reels, Feed, and Stories. You understand hook rates, hold rates, and thumb-stop metrics.
- YouTube (16:9): You’ll learn and adapt your creative for YouTube Shorts and in-
- stream ads. 16:9 landscape format, different pacing, different hook structure.
- This is a growth area — you don’t need to be an expert yet, but you need to be willing and able to learn fast

**Creative strategy (top of funnel, ecommerce only)**

- Develop creative strategies for ecommerce/DTC brands — what hooks work, what formats convert, what angles to test
- Write creative briefs that translate brand positioning and audience psychology into specific video/static concepts
- Map the creative testing framework: hook tests, body tests, CTA tests, format tests
- Analyze winning ads (Meta Ad Library, competitor research) and reverse-engineer what makes them work
- Build a creative playbook for each client: what’s been tested, what won, what to try next
- Understand cold audience psychology — how to stop the scroll, hook in 1‒3 seconds, create desire

**Static ad production**

- Design and produce static ads (single image, carousel) using AI generation tools
- Product-on-background shots, lifestyle composites, before/after statics, comparison graphics
- Produce ad variations at speed: different headlines, different visuals, different CTAs — same concept, multiple executions
- Use Midjourney, fal.ai (Flux), Nano Banana, DALL-E for image generation Canva or Figma for layout and text overlays

**Brief writing & creative direction**

- Write detailed creative briefs for every asset: the hook, the angle, the emotion, the CTA, the visual direction
- Direct AI tools with precision — you know exactly what prompt, settings, and model to use for each output
- Develop a library of proven brief templates for different ad formats and objectives
- Translate performance data into creative direction: “This hook worked because X, so let’s test Y next”

**Performance analysis & iteration**

- Review ad performance data weekly: CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CVR, ROAS
- Identify creative fatigue and proactively produce replacement assets before performance drops
- Run structured creative tests and document learnings
- Build a feedback loop: data → insight → brief → production → test → repeat

## Requirements

**NON-NEGOTIABLES**

- **Proven AI video ads that scaled on Meta**: This is the #1 requirement. You have examples of AI-generated video ads that ran with real budget behind them and produced results. Not demo reels. Not “I made this cool thing for my portfolio.” Ads that spent money and made money.
- **Full-scope AI ad experience:** You’ve produced multiple formats — not just one trick. AI UGC, claymation, CGI demos, AI characters, cinematic spots — you’ve worked across the spectrum and know which format works for which product/audience.
- **Hands-on experience with AI video tools:** You’ve used fal.ai, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Creatify, Seedance, or similar tools in production. You know their strengths, limitations, and how to get the best output from each.
- **Ecommerce creative experience:** You’ve produced ads for ecommerce/DTC brands specifically. Not SaaS. Not B2B. Not brand awareness campaigns. Direct- response creative that drives purchases for physical products.
- **Brief writing ability:** You can articulate a creative concept clearly enough that anyone (human or AI) could execute it. Specific, actionable, grounded in strategy.
- **Speed and volume**: You produce at a pace that would be impossible with traditional production. Multiple concepts per day, multiple variants per week, across multiple brands.

**NICE-TO-HAVES**

- Native ads experience (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID) — understanding what works in native ad creative
- YouTube ad experience (16:9 format, different pacing and hook structure)
- Direct-response copywriting knowledge (hooks, angles, awareness levels)
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience managing creative at scale across multiple brands simultaneously

**TOOLS YOU'LL USE**

- Video generation: fal.ai, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Creatify, Seedance, Pika (whatever’s best for the job — the stack changes monthly)
- Image generation: Midjourney, fal.ai (Flux), Nano Banana, DALL-E
- Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Static design: Canva, Figma
- AI assistants: Claude (for scripting, brief writing, strategy)
- Research: Meta Ad Library, competitor analysis tools
- Communication: Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Loom

- Direct Access: Work directly with the CEO and the media buying team. You’ll see real performance data and understand what’s actually working at scale.
