**About the Role**

We are hiring a full-time Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the entire organization, covering content, sales, operations, coaching/advisory, and additional verticals as the company scales.

This is a foundational hire. There is no existing recruiting function or team in place, so you will be building the process from the ground up while running the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management, working closely with department heads.

**Schedule**

Full-time, remote. Working hours are aligned to PST business hours.

**What You'll Do**

-   Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments at the same time
-   Build the recruiting function from scratch: intake process, scorecards, interview structure, pipeline tracking, and reporting
-   Source proactively and build talent pipelines ahead of open roles instead of reacting to reqs
-   Screen candidates and run first-round interviews
-   Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving
-   Manage offer conversations through close
-   Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities

## Requirements

-   Proven track record as a high-performing, self-sufficient recruiter who has built and run a full-cycle recruiting function independently, not only operated inside an existing one
-   Experience recruiting across multiple functions and departments simultaneously, not a single specialty
-   Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to build pipelines proactively
-   Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a distributed team
-   Availability to work PST hours
-   Strong written and verbal English

**Nice to Have**

-   Prior experience in a fast-moving or entrepreneurial environment
-   Experience hiring for content, sales, or operations roles
-   Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
