Out client is looking for someone who has experience in **UGC, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management within DTC/e-commerce** and understands what makes content good enough to perform in paid ads.

### Responsibilities

-   Finding and recruiting strong UGC creators across multiple platforms
-   Posting creator opportunities and sourcing talent consistently
-   Communicating with creators and managing relationships
-   Reviewing creators and filtering out low-quality talent/content
-   Judging which creators are a strong fit for our brand and ads
-   Organizing and managing the entire UGC content pipeline from outreach to final delivery
-   Keeping creator content, communication, and deliverables organized

## Requirements

-   Experience in **UGC, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management**
-   Experience specifically within **DTC or eCommerce brands**
-   Strong understanding of **what makes creator content effective for paid ads**
-   Experience managing creators with a focus on **content performance and ad results**, not just creator relationships
-   Comfortable with **high-volume creator outreach and sourcing**
-   Ability to **evaluate creators and reject weak/low-quality candidates**
-   Strong **pipeline and project management skills**, from outreach through content delivery
-   Experience with **creator/talent pipeline management** and ensuring deliverables are completed on time
