**What is Manager Transformation & EPMO?**

Manager Transformation & EPMO is a critical execution layer role within JazzWorld’s Strategy Division, who supports the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic projects/initiatives with rigor, transparency, and measurable impact.

Positioned within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this role serves as the connective tissue between strategic intent and on ground delivery, owning governance, execution oversight, and performance reporting across JazzWorld's highest priority cross functional strategic projects.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation & EPMO, this role operates as a trusted delivery partner bringing structure to complexity by translating enterprise priorities into disciplined workplans, holding workstreams accountable to outcomes, and ensuring transformation initiatives gain genuine traction across the organization.

**What does the Manager Transformation & EPMO do?**

-   Proactive and effective project management of high stakes cross functional initiatives complying with global best practices.
-   Ensure all strategic projects adhere to EPMO policies and delivery frameworks.
-   Maintain a consolidated, real-time view of your portfolio, providing leadership with an accurate and up-to-date picture of delivery status, resource utilization, and risks.
-   Prepare high-quality, decision-ready management reports and executive level updates including board materials, ExCo updates and CSO briefings.
-   Coordinate/manage working-level engagement with internal stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring accountability, quality of output, and alignment to strategic project objectives at every stage of delivery.
-   Support the design and rollout of structured transformation frameworks, facilitating adoption of new ways of working in line with global trends.
-   Closely collaborate with workstream leads and business units to evaluate the commercial, financial, and technical feasibility of strategic initiatives.
-   Support development and tracking of business cases, value realization metrics, and KPIs tied to strategic projects.
-   Implement and maintain AI first project management tools to enable streamlined governance, tracking, and reporting across the EPMO.

## Requirements

### What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Transformation & EPMO?

We are looking for a driven, structured, and analytically sharp professional with hands-on experience in project management and a strong understanding of business operations. The ideal candidate combines execution discipline with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

-   Minimum 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a PMO or strategy execution role.
-   Well versed with global gold standards of project management and proven hands-on delivery of enterprise level projects in a similar corporate environment as JazzWorld.
-   Solid financial acumen, with the ability to perform financial analyses, support business case development, and track value realization metrics.
-   Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex project data into clear, decision-ready materials for senior leadership.
-   Well-developed stakeholder management skills to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels with tact and finesse.
-   Experience supporting or driving transformation and change initiatives, with an appreciation for organizational dynamics and adoption challenges.
-   High ownership mindset and strong pressure-handling capability, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
-   Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow etc.
