**What is Specialist Fix Network NOC?**

Specialist Fix Network NOC is responsible for FIX network configuration covering Core, Aggregation, Optical, IP, FIX Customers in 24x7 shifts.

The role reports directly to the Manager IP-NOC with an extended team of 10 team members.

**What does Specialist Fix Network NOC do?**

**Key responsibilities & Deliverables**

·       Hands on experience on Juniper, Huawei and Cisco (including SRX / ASA / Fortinet) & IP nodes.

·       Analyzing existing hardware, software, and networking systems.

·       Creating and implementing scalable Juniper/Huawei networks according to client specifications.

·       Testing and troubleshooting installed Juniper/Huawei systems.

·       Resolving technical issues with networks, hardware, and software.

·       Performing speed and security tests on installed networks.

·       Applying network security upgrades.

·       Upgrading/replacing hardware and software systems when required.

·       Proactive Analysis/ good troubleshooting & analytical skills, i.e. perform detailed analysis for repetitive outages to find the root cause and support concern teams for the earlier resolution.

·       Ensure Network L2 support to Nationwide operational field teams.

·       Handling Nationwide activities (optimization/upgrades).

·       Highlighting and identifying network faults, follow up till closure

## Requirements

**What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Fix Network NOC?**

-   4-6 Years of experience, Holds BS Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics degree
-   Must have excellent Microsoft office skills, IP Certification i.e. JNCIP, CCNP, HCNP will be added advantage.
-   Must have excellent communication skills and able to promote the department and technology portfolio with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints and last but not the least, Candidate must be a good team player.
