**What is Product Specialist?**

As a Product Specialist for Pakistan's largest homegrown video OTT platform, you will drive engagement and focus on growth of the platform's overall presence across mediums. This role is central to elevate in-app user experience and drive user engagement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to oversee execution, and optimize outcomes through user-centric thinking, data, and experimentation. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with operational execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

 **Key Focus Areas:**

-   Drive initiatives for overall platform's engagement and growth.
-   Support and execute GTM strategies for new content, features and campaigns.
-   Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to align product positioning and visibility.
-   Continuously enhance the in-app user experience through content discoverability and curation.
-   Define feature strategies that drive meaningful engagement e.g., personalization, gamification, loyalty programs.
-   Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, retention, and in-app value realization.
-   Analyze product performance, set KPIs, and optimize through experimentation and data-led decisions.
-   Create and edit engaging social media content, including reels, to support platform visibility and growth.
-   Open to being the face of brand when needed, delivering original and engaging social content.

-   in digital product management, product operations, or growth-focused roles.
-   Strong understanding of app content management, GTM execution, and user engagement strategies.
-   Familiarity with tools like Canva, Firebase, GA360, MoEngage, and Confluence is a plus.
-   Hands-on experience with social media content creation and reel editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar tools).
-   Confident speaking on camera and comfortable featuring in social reels.
-   Strong grasp of internet, entertainment and pop culture and sports trends, with the ability to translate them into relatable, shareable content.

## Requirements

**Education**

-   Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Media Sciences, Design, or a related field.
-   Certifications in Product Management, UX, Digital Strategy, or Growth are a plus.  
    

**Scope of Impact**

-   Direct influence on platform's, growth trajectory, in-app and social experience and user engagement.
-   Shapes product roadmap, content curation strategy, and go-to-market execution.
-   Acts as a key connector between product, marketing, and technical teams to drive outcomes.
